to freedom. 11 0:01:01 --> 0:01:09 You know, I'm a freedom warrior via passion, via health, via legal strategies, via industrial 12 0:01:09 --> 0:01:15 hemp and via freedom of speech, particularly through comedy. 13 0:01:15 --> 0:01:25 If you want freedom, you need to adopt, review and commit to disciplines that serve you. 14 0:01:25 --> 0:01:30 I give you five specific examples of how discipline leads to different freedoms that 15 0:01:30 --> 0:01:33 you can have in your life. 16 0:01:33 --> 0:01:36 Different disciplines give you different freedoms. 17 0:01:36 --> 0:01:44 I then suggest seven different disciplines that may help you to clarify what will be 18 0:01:44 --> 0:01:53 of value of you, what new disciplines will be of value to you to take your next big leap. 19 0:01:53 --> 0:01:59 I trust that my frequent discussions on freedom help you to focus on this crucial aspect of 20 0:01:59 --> 0:02:07 being human so that you don't accidentally or negligently lose the freedoms that you 21 0:02:07 --> 0:02:11 might otherwise take for granted. 22 0:02:11 --> 0:02:13 Our format for the show is in four parts. 23 0:02:13 --> 0:02:15 Firstly, I explore the big idea. have no chance of forgetting 31 0:02:50 --> 0:02:57 it and so that you constantly review your disciplines, you constantly think about whether 32 0:02:57 --> 0:03:04 you're keeping those disciplines so that you constantly recommit to those disciplines and 33 0:03:04 --> 0:03:06 then be willing to review them. 34 0:03:07 --> 0:03:13 I want to share five areas where discipline leads to freedom to help you think differently 35 0:03:13 --> 0:03:17 about the disciplines that you might be avoiding. 36 0:03:17 --> 0:03:21 The first discipline is about health. 37 0:03:21 --> 0:03:26 When you are disciplined about your health, that leads to freedom of movement. 38 0:03:26 --> 0:03:32 It leads to not being stuck in bed in a hospital. 39 0:03:32 --> 0:03:37 It enables you to move elegantly. 40 0:03:37 --> 0:03:41 It enables you to do hard physical work. 41 0:03:41 --> 0:03:46 It enables you to have alternatives for getting around. 42 0:03:46 --> 0:03:51 You are free in movement. 43 0:03:51 --> 0:03:58 And if you are not focused on poor health, you are freer in your thinking rather than 44 0:03:58 --> 0:04:03 if you own poor health, you're focused on the problem of solving your health. 45 0:04:03 --> 0:04:06 Just like I'm free right now to have a coffee. 46 0:04:06 --> 0:04:11 Oh, I got it. 47 0:04:11 --> 0:04:17 Gosh, Julie. 48 0:04:17 --> 0:04:21 Next discipline. 49 0:04:21 --> 0:04:24 Discipline about money. 50 0:04:24 --> 0:04:27 That leads to financial freedom. 51 0:04:27 --> 0:04:32 If you are disciplined about how you handle money, disciplined about your spending, that 52 0:04:32 --> 0:04:36 gives you financial freedom into the future. 53 0:04:36 --> 0:04:41 One of the key differences between rich and poor people is that rich people get money 54 0:04:41 --> 0:04:42 to work for them. 55 0:04:42 --> 0:04:45 Poor people work for money. 56 0:04:45 --> 0:04:53 And if you are disciplined about how you handle money, it then gives you financial freedom. 57 0:04:53 --> 0:04:58 The third discipline is discipline about your business, about business principles, 58 0:04:58 --> 0:05:01 about business systems. 59 0:05:01 --> 0:05:04 What this discipline gives you is freedom from failure. 60 0:05:04 --> 0:05:11 It's a big worry for many entrepreneurs and people in business and including your job. 61 0:05:11 --> 0:05:19 If you are disciplined in your business practices, you are free from failure. 62 0:05:19 --> 0:05:23 The fourth discipline is discipline about raising children. 63 0:05:23 --> 0:05:29 Discipline about raising or helping employees follow principles. 64 0:05:29 --> 0:05:31 But let's focus on children for the moment. 65 0:05:31 --> 0:05:36 If you are disciplined in the way that you raise children, then those children will grow 66 0:05:36 --> 0:05:42 up quite differently to children who are allowed to do whatever they like. 67 0:05:42 --> 0:05:48 And you will have freedom from worrying about the behavior of those children. 68 0:05:48 --> 0:05:53 Freedom from worries, a big, big issue. 69 0:05:53 --> 0:06:01 I had many wealthy clients who had mastered money, but whose problems around their children 70 0:06:01 --> 0:06:06 were immense and they had huge worries about those children. 71 0:06:06 --> 0:06:13 Lastly, discipline about spiritual matters, spiritual practices. 72 0:06:13 --> 0:06:20 Many religious organizations or orders have very strong disciplines in terms of daily 73 0:06:20 --> 0:06:22 practice. 74 0:06:22 --> 0:06:29 And what this discipline about spiritual matters gives you is freedom from fear. 75 0:06:29 --> 0:06:35 Because when you have a strong spiritual sense, then the fears of the mind don't dominate 76 0:06:35 --> 0:06:36 your life. 77 0:06:36 --> 0:06:39 You are free from these fears. 78 0:06:39 --> 0:06:43 There's a beautiful line in the Bible that says, perfect love comes from your heart. 79 0:06:43 --> 0:06:45 Perfect love casts out all fear. 80 0:06:45 --> 0:06:49 The more you come from a spiritual space, the less fear you have in your life. 81 0:06:49 --> 0:06:52 You are free from fears. 82 0:06:52 --> 0:06:54 What a great way that is to live life. 83 0:06:54 --> 0:07:00 So the question to you is what suite of disciplines will help you in your progress to help you 84 0:07:00 --> 0:07:04 to take your next big leap? 85 0:07:04 --> 0:07:06 And you are already a competent human being. 86 0:07:06 --> 0:07:10 So it's one insight that might help you take that next big leap. 87 0:07:10 --> 0:07:19 A new discipline that today's show helps you to identify that is just what you need. 88 0:07:19 --> 0:07:24 Here's some ideas of potential disciplines. 89 0:07:24 --> 0:07:31 In a world of wokeness, of political correctness, of huge government debt, the World Economic 90 0:07:31 --> 0:07:39 Forum goal of one world government, the lies that we're taught about climate emergency 91 0:07:39 --> 0:07:48 and complex geopolitical shenanigans such as the Russian-Ukraine conflict, the Australia-China 92 0:07:48 --> 0:07:55 security threats, the China-Taiwan issues and so on. 93 0:07:55 --> 0:07:56 Here's the seven. 94 0:07:56 --> 0:08:01 Number one, discipline about the source of your food. 95 0:08:01 --> 0:08:09 It's becoming more and more apparent that toxicity is such an imposition on your health. 96 0:08:09 --> 0:08:18 And so making this decision about being disciplined about where your food comes from. 97 0:08:18 --> 0:08:26 Understand how every piece of toxicity you put into your body causes you to pay a price. 98 0:08:26 --> 0:08:31 Second discipline is about mainstream media. 99 0:08:31 --> 0:08:37 I no longer watch television, mainstream media news. 100 0:08:37 --> 0:08:42 I read one newspaper, The Australian. 101 0:08:42 --> 0:08:47 I'm disciplined in how much time I give to the mainstream media. 102 0:08:47 --> 0:08:53 I get that physical newspaper because I want to keep the evidence of what the mainstream 103 0:08:53 --> 0:08:59 media is publishing so that in the future I can come back and point out the lies that 104 0:08:59 --> 0:09:04 were promulgated, which will be hard to find online. 105 0:09:04 --> 0:09:10 Third discipline is discipline about learning self-sufficiency. 106 0:09:10 --> 0:09:20 I am seriously concerned about the global issues that are being raised, the threats 107 0:09:20 --> 0:09:29 to food supplies, the threat to your ability to get meat, all in the name of an alleged 108 0:09:29 --> 0:09:30 climate emergency. 109 0:09:30 --> 0:09:36 And that was my last week's episode talking about that. 110 0:09:36 --> 0:09:41 Your discipline about self-sufficiency will enable you to survive and thrive regardless 111 0:09:41 --> 0:09:45 of what happens to our system. 112 0:09:45 --> 0:09:52 Fourthly discipline about building a new community or new communities. 113 0:09:52 --> 0:09:59 If the system collapses, then your relationships, your community that you build will make a 114 0:09:59 --> 0:10:08 massive difference to your ability to survive and thrive in a new world structure, in a 115 0:10:08 --> 0:10:16 new challenging system where things might be happening that you don't approve of. 116 0:10:16 --> 0:10:25 Having people around you of like mind enables you to cope with really anything. 117 0:10:25 --> 0:10:31 Social communities helping each other is going to be a key to surviving anything that 118 0:10:31 --> 0:10:34 might be happening. 119 0:10:34 --> 0:10:41 The fifth discipline is discipline about expanding your knowledge of the law, your knowledge 120 0:10:41 --> 0:10:48 of your inalienable rights so that you don't let them go. 121 0:10:48 --> 0:10:53 You know what your rights are and you stand up for them because if you don't know what 122 0:10:53 --> 0:10:56 they are, then you won't know what to stand up for. 123 0:10:56 --> 0:10:57 You won't know what you can do. 124 0:10:57 --> 0:10:59 Now I studied law. 125 0:10:59 --> 0:11:04 I'm amazed at how little that we studied and how much law there is to know. 126 0:11:04 --> 0:11:10 And I'm finding myself having to be disciplined about continually developing my skills in 127 0:11:10 --> 0:11:17 areas that were not taught to me, particularly constitutional law and particularly living 128 0:11:17 --> 0:11:22 man living woman concepts versus dead corporations. 129 0:11:22 --> 0:11:26 I have to keep learning about this and it takes discipline to do so. 130 0:11:26 --> 0:11:31 I urge you to think about whether this is a useful discipline for you. 131 0:11:31 --> 0:11:35 The sixth discipline is about rest and rejuvenation. 132 0:11:35 --> 0:11:38 Do you need more discipline about that? 133 0:11:38 --> 0:11:40 Are you pushing yourself too hard? 134 0:11:40 --> 0:11:45 Are you failing to have the rest and rejuvenation that your body needs? 135 0:11:45 --> 0:11:51 And your self-awareness about your body is unique to you. 136 0:11:51 --> 0:11:54 Your body is unique and your awareness around that. 137 0:11:54 --> 0:11:56 No one else can tell you about what you're feeling. 138 0:11:56 --> 0:12:02 So what rest and rejuvenation disciplines will be of value to you? 139 0:12:02 --> 0:12:10 Number seven is discipline around what I call central bank digital currency issues. 140 0:12:10 --> 0:12:14 Governments want to take away cash. 141 0:12:14 --> 0:12:23 So if they take away cash and you are being monitored, then your digital currency won't 142 0:12:23 --> 0:12:26 work where the government doesn't want it to work. 143 0:12:26 --> 0:12:33 So you then start to think about what disciplines will I need so that I'm not trapped in a central 144 0:12:33 --> 0:12:36 bank digital currency environment. 145 0:12:36 --> 0:12:38 I have options. 146 0:12:39 --> 0:12:43 What disciplines around this threat? 147 0:12:43 --> 0:12:44 Governments are talking about it. 148 0:12:44 --> 0:12:46 How wonderful it will be. 149 0:12:46 --> 0:12:47 It's not going to be wonderful. 150 0:12:47 --> 0:12:56 It's a form of deliberate slavery where you lose your freedom because government can limit 151 0:12:56 --> 0:13:00 you in where you can use your digital currency. 152 0:13:00 --> 0:13:06 And that includes the lies around the 15-minute ghettos, commonly called 15-minute cities, 153 0:13:06 --> 0:13:11 where your digital currency won't work outside a particular radius. 154 0:13:11 --> 0:13:20 So you then start to think about what disciplines will help me cope with that threat to my freedom. 155 0:13:20 --> 0:13:26 These potential seven new disciplines or thinking about disciplines in these areas will be of 156 0:13:26 --> 0:13:29 value in helping you to preserve your freedoms. 157 0:13:29 --> 0:13:35 If you don't do this, when the World Holocaust Organization, sometimes called the World Health 158 0:13:35 --> 0:13:40 Organization, comes along and demands a quarantine and you don't want that, bang, you get locked 159 0:13:40 --> 0:13:43 away. 160 0:13:43 --> 0:13:48 I'm dealing with this ability of you to be free. 161 0:13:48 --> 0:13:54 And it's only when you lose your freedom that you really appreciate what it means to be 162 0:13:54 --> 0:13:55 free. 163 0:13:55 --> 0:14:00 Think about what disciplines will help you. 164 0:14:00 --> 0:14:02 So the resources. 165 0:14:02 --> 0:14:09 My book this week is written by a friend of mine, new book, people for help and when you give help, it builds the 177 0:14:58 --> 0:15:01 links between people in those communities. 178 0:15:01 --> 0:15:02 My health tip. 179 0:15:02 --> 0:15:07 I was talking about toxicity, minimizing toxicity into your body. 180 0:15:07 --> 0:15:13 Well, I want to remind you that the number one cause of all disease, the number one cause, 181 0:15:13 --> 0:15:19 the biggest cause of most diseases, not all diseases, but most diseases is constipation 182 0:15:19 --> 0:15:25 because we don't eliminate enough because we are open to the universe. 183 0:15:25 --> 0:15:28 Material comes in and goes out. 184 0:15:28 --> 0:15:32 Constipation locks toxic matters inside your body. 185 0:15:32 --> 0:15:36 So please take this problem seriously. 186 0:15:36 --> 0:15:40 And one of the biggest causes of constipation is dehydration. 187 0:15:40 --> 0:15:43 So that ties then into how much water you drink. 188 0:15:43 --> 0:15:49 And then that ties into if you are in a flu-related environment of being careful of how much fluid 189 0:15:49 --> 0:15:58 flu ride you put into your body or chemicalized water from government controlled water supplies. 190 0:15:58
